Pristine condition...at least until the LO tag broke loose during the filming of this beauty. I haven't been able to find the tag in the last few minutes, because I'm certain I put it in a safe place so I wouldn't lose it..
Most beautiful Silverbelly color I've personally owned. Obviously is reminiscent of an Open Road, oddly though it is not stamped or printed anywhere I can see. 2 3/4" brim. Tall, straight crown.
This particular 7 5/8 is just a little loose on me, so I endeavor to find a more appropriate noggin for this hat, because this one really should be worn. Speaking of "worn," I suspect this one has never really had any headtime other than trying it on a few times over the years. Box is included, and has corner wear like you'd expect from a 60's (?) model.
Will consider trades for equally cool lid in a "smaller" 7 5/8 LO or ELO. Doesn't have to be a Stetson or a thin ribbon. Borsalino comes to mind.. Otherwise, asking $300.
