Marked size Medium and the chest measurement is 22 inch though.
It actually fits larger than the chest measurement suggests.
My jacket size are mostly 42 in Vanson, Schott and Langlitz.
The HD Cycle King fits likewise, just slightly slimmer.

chest between armpit to armpit 56cm/22inch
sleeve length from shoulder seam straight down to cuff 61cm/24inch
back length from neck seam to hem 64cm/25.25inch
front length from neck seam to hem 67cm/26.25inch
bottom hem width 51cm/20inch
sleeve length was originally 25inch, and professionally shortened to 24.
The job was done very well, indistinguishable from original.
