Made in 1999, when Langlitz was on top of their game, maintained on the same level as today, these pants are constructed in their 3 - 3.5 oz Heavy Cowhide, heaviest leather they work with.
Finest hide I've seen on a contemporary Langlitz product; Super heavy & thick but very soft. Crazy comfortable! Some of the features include...
Four leather lined pockets (leather bags are the same weight as the pants!)
10" leg zipper Fully unlined (thankfully!*)
Brass TALON hardware. Sturdy, tough snaps for fly closure.

These pants are a no-nonsense, straight-up piece of riding equipment. You can't & won't get a better pair.

*I love the fact they are unlined since I can't stand the stupid lining always getting pulled out when taking the pants off. Plus I vastly prefer the snap-on fly closure instead of a zipper.

Basically new in every possible way. Pics ought to tell the whole story. They smell brand new. Nothing more to say.

Correspond to jeans size W34/L32. This particular pair is made slimmer than what is norm for Westerns so they fit like a million dollars. Nothing baggy about 'em, just super flattering, straight pair of pants. High rise. The seat is almost anatomically made so these don't get pulled down when you sit. Just amazing how comfortable they are!

I've never seen a snap fly pair of these before. Mine use a zipper. Interesting find.

Most beautiful! And these fit sooo good which was somewhat of a surprise to me as I have tried on a few Langlitz pants and all were baggy as they intended them to fit over jeans, but not these.
I'm only selling them because I'm buying something else I'm hoping to be happier with 'cause it's got a lot more bling, even though it objectively is a crappier investment. . .

I've never seen a snap fly pair of these before. Mine use a zipper. Interesting find.

My last pair also had a snap-on fly (heavily worn, Mad Max pair I posted some months ago) and it was as well the first time I've seen it but I immediately fell in love with the feature, how practical it is. Then I got these with the same thing...

The buttoning is actually so much less fussy somehow though I can't really explain why and also, you know how when you're putting these on, there's a lot of stress on the bottom of the zipper, as you're stretching them? Well here, I'd just keep the lowest snap closed and no fear of anything happening.

But my worries in general are misplaced. These things are right tanks.

Oh, and should it matters I I'm taking a $60+ hit on these at the price that I'm asking right now, depends on the shipping so just looking to get back (most of) what I paid.
Oh, and absolutely no regrets in buying these as they're seriously otherworldly, as Stu likes to say. Literally impossible to make 'em any better, just that they don't fit me the extremely specific way I wanted.

I just realized something; I always felt there was something very familiar about the leather these pants are made of and just today I realized how uncannily similar it is to the earlier Lost Worlds horsehide in every possible way! Even the smell is the same, which is what triggered my memory...
