The measurements look more like a 44. Would you say the jacket fits small for a 46 or true to size?

I think it fits more like a 44, as well. The 23 was all stretch flat. I am a true 44 with a T shirt & I can feel the jacket around my chest when zipped. Having said so, Langlitz has a very athletic & accommodating pattern, if I wear a thick hoodie, I can still zip
Up no issue & move
