No longer For sale is a JL custom half belt made with 4oz Black overdye CXL.
Here are the specs:
Levis Half Belt CXL 4oz. Over dye Size 40
1) Line body with medium black cotton drill
2) No inside pocket
3) Stitch jacket with brown thread like Japan
4) Use #8 black oxide RiRi zipper for front
5) use #4 black oxide RiRi zipper outside top pocket
6) Line bottom outside pockets in the CXL leather
7) Line top outside pocket in black moleskin
8) Cuffs on bottom of sleeve (2 ½” wide two buttons)
9) Back of jacket: no seam across back, small pleats on back on bottom
10) No action back
11) Half belt like 2” wide
12) Side tab with black oxide buckles placement , make leather tab 4 ¼”
13) Front of waist with a slight dip in front
14) Make shoulder 19 ½”
15) Chest pit to pit is 23”
16) Taper biceps and elbow – ½”
17) Make waist and bottom 21” measured flat from the outside
18) Body length from back of neck seam is 27”
19) Sleeves 26"
For reference I am 6" tall, my chest measures 44"
