;)I plan to sell my Buco J65 Jacket (too big on me now).

Introduction: Jacket was originally refurbished at Zip Stevenson and later sold to a reseller. I got it 2nd hand. Unfortunately the lining was worn and torn. Therefore I decided to relining by professional. It was time consuming and $$. The new lining material was sourced from an old stock and is as close as original incl. insulating material. I let the original United Carr press studs in place.

History: JH-1 was reborn as J65 in 1951. 2nd Buco Label. I have never seen a J65 (beside one from Japan) showing up over years.

Condition: The leather is pliable and shows a patina only can seen on originals. All Zippers are in working condition. It seems main Serval Zipper was resewn once. Sleeve Zippers are Conmar. All Hardware included. Belt is missing (I have a new made one comes with Jacket).

Measurements (Laid flat, zipped up, Chest on Front, Shoulder on Back):
Tagged as Size 44"
Pit/Pit: 22.75" (58 cm)
Shoulder / seam to seam: 19.75" (50 cm)
Sleeve straight: 26" (66 cm)
Back / neck seam to bottom: 24" (61 cm)
Botton opening: 19.75" 50~51 cm

Daily use: Due to the relining, it may not be for the hardcore collector, but ideally suited for trips with a vintage bike etc. at any time. This fact is also reflected in my price that I have in mind. I never used the jacket after relining.

Asking price: After seeing my own pictures and recently discussion in this forum about originals, I decided not to sell it, Lol. I still kick myself because I sold a Buco J21 in near NOS condition some yrs ago... I wont due same fault twice ;)

I was just talking about the JH-1 too. Unfortunately, to small for me in the chest, especially with the quilted lining. The jacket and the lining are beautiful BTW.

The resto work that goes into this jacket is also priceless and who has ever seen a Buco 2nd Label J65 especially in this size :)
