FS: Good Wear Werber 33-1729 A-2 in size 44

Up for sale is my Good Wear Werber 33-1729 A-2 in size 44. Another perfect repro by John Chapman, who has faithfully captured all the nuances of this pre-war contract, including the reddish lining, caramel knits, collar stand, rivets, and, of course, the Hookless zip. The jacket has seen very little wear (I live in Florida!) yet the russet horsehide leather shows great grain and character. The only flaw worth mentioning is that the top rivet for the zipper base under the wind flap is missing. This is not really noticeable when the jacket is worn but I imagine this would be an easy fix. Knits and lining have no holes or other issues. The jacket has been kept in a breathable garment bag and comes from a smoke-free home.

Measurements:
pit to pit 23.5”
shoulder to shoulder 19”

For reference I am 5’ 11” and 180, and the jacket fits me fine, with room for a sweater.
