FS: Gibson and Barnes Commercial A-2 with artwork 42T

Hello folks. Up for sale is a gently used Gibson and Barnes goatskin Commercial cut A-2 flight jacket in 42 TALL. I picked it up as a project a few years ago when someone removed a blood-chit patch from the back. The jacket is well made and I got it cheaply enough, so I created a custom patch for the back to cover the pinholes from the blood chit. The DC-3 patch is oil on thick, supple leather. I love the DC-3 and since the jacket is commercial in design (side entry pockets) I figured it goes better with it. There is no damage, odors or stains. It just doesn't fit me. You can have this little project for $275 shipped in CONUS. A bit more for international.

Measurements are: CHEST (from pit to pit) 22", SLEEVES (from point of shoulder to end of knit cuff) 25", Length (from base of collar to end of knit waist) 26", SHOULDERS (across upper back) 19". This features a 0ne-piece back, YKK zipper, snap down collar and nylon lining. It's a very well made jacket! The only wear that it shows is the normal pilling on the cuffs. Please feel free to ask questions. Will consider trades for size 46 leather jackets of similar quality.

Great artwork. I'd jump on this and gladly pay more if I wasn't broke. Looks more like a 40. I'm surprised the size 42 measurements came in so small from this GB. A size 38 today has about the same measurements as this 42!
