FS/FT Very nice, super heavy, CAL LEATHER straight zip CHP jacket with goodies! 42-44

This is a sad catch-and-release. just Didn’t pan out in the chest size so back on the market it goes. In any case, it’s in the US now! This is a no-label CAL LEATHER CHP straight zip, with snap on mouton collar and fuzzy throat protector, AND old duty belt. Based on the measurements below, I’m saying it would be a best fit for a 42” chest or a snug 44. You decide. This thing is in great overall shape but does have normal wear on some of the welting and pocket edges, and a few normal nicks and scratches on the back and underside of arms. Has perfect sleeve fuzz, as well as the usual white canvas bag pockets. the NO damage and or funky odors. All the brass SERVIL zippers work well but could use some waxing. This is the thickest (unknown if HH or Cow) hide that I have ever felt. Compared to my 4 oz LW, I would have say this is all of 4.5 oz. It’s a real beast, but it’s actually meant to take beating of motor cops. Doesn’t look, like the mouton collar and throat pad have ever been used. Free shipping in the US ONLY! Gotta weigh about 6-7 lbs. Feel free as questions.

Come to papa! LOL. I couldn't resist. On paper, this should be the best fitting Cal I've had to date. We'll see. Lots of variables that don't show up in the numbers for some reason. But straight zip, overall condition, longer length, all the bells and whistles... couldn't resist. Lets see if 8th times a charm LOL!

I’m only on #3 try! Must be the sharper taper of the torso that messes with Cals. Or maybe I just need to lay off the hot wings and cheese curds!

Yeah, the ones with the gussets especially seem to really taper quickly. A couple of the straight backs I've had aren't as extreme, but then nailing the fit is even harder since you don't have that extra reach.

This one is interesting with the quilted lining too. Don't think I've seen like that before. Might have been redone or maybe was special request for colder climate.

In any case, if it don't fit, this one is getting hung up on my wall in full regalia. It's too nice to be shipped back and forth across the world. I will give it proper homage in some way, shape or form.
