FS: Freewheelers Mulholland 44

Hiya Brothers,

I'm selling a Freewheelers Mulholland size 44 in a color they call vintage black. I have worn this jacket over the course of one weekend only. Obviously the jacket is essentially new. The leather is stiff and fills my closet with the distinct and intoxicating odor of shinki leather. There are no issues. The Jacket is perfect in very way.

I love this jacket. However, I went to Standard and Strange in NYC this weekend and tried on a Real McCoy's Nelson which is very similar to the Mulholland, and the Nelson was nothing short of leather enlightenment. The McCoys jacket fit me absolutely perfectly and I'm going to buy it. I don't need two jackets that look so alike in my closet so the Freewheelers is getting sold.

I bought it from Speedway for 280,000 JPY or about 2,500 USD. I'm asking 2,200 USD, which is not a steal, but a healthy savings on what is a new jacket.

To me the Mulholland is perfection. It's a grail object for certain. However I can't argue with the fact I like the fit better of the McCoys Nelson.

I prefer PPFF, and if not there will be an additional charge for PP business, a 4 percent additional charge I think. Shipping is not included and I prefer to ship CONUS.

Happy to chat, video chat, or whatever is needed to verify authenticity of the jacket and myself. I'm in Albany, NY right now, but will be in Los Angles, CA next week. The jacket is traveling with me.

I also bought one from Speedway Sendai this fall but the sleeves measured 24.5” even though the web site shows these dimensions ….

Can you please put a take to the sleeves? I had to return it, as I need 26” sleeves or thereabouts.

I bought a size 42 in the Nelson. I actually returned it. It’s a nice jacket but the Mulholland is really an exceptional jacket. So I’m looking for a 42 in the Mulholland now.

Can I ask why you returned it? I saw that you had great things to say about the quality and in particular the fit being better.
