Hello All

I recently bought an ELC B-10 in a size 42 (long) through the Vintage Leather Jacket Forum.

It's in near perfect condition (knits/zipper/mouton/lining/stamp/emblem all present and correct). There are no marks, stains or odours.
I've been wearing it regularly during the colder weather and it's a great jacket in use- lightweight, warm and very comfortable.

The dimensions are:

Chest: 23.5"
Front length: 23" (it's a special 'long' size)
Back length: 27"
Sleeves (to end of knit): 26"
shoulders: 19.25"

It's just a touch snug on me when I wear a thin jumper underneath and I've sourced the same jacket in a size 44, so this one is now offered for sale at cost: £295 ($462) plus shipping and PayPal fees.

Cheers

Ian

Here are some images - the close shots are the correct colour - longer shots taken under fluorescent light.

Thank you - it's a very practical design and apparently one of the best repros around (I haven't handled an original so I can't comment).
Great attention to detail throughout.

I am very interested in this, as I haven't ever seen one of these up for sale in a "long" size. I am looking to buy either an Aero Bronco A-2 or a Highwayman but the three-four month waiting period is tough, so this might be an option. I have a couple of questions if it's not too much trouble:
Is the four inch difference between the front and back length apparent/noticeable?
How tall are you? (I'm 6'2", a 28" length jacket/27" sleeves works perfect for me, do you think I could pull it off?)

Thanks Nick, the longer size is rare and attracts a premium when ordering from ELC. I'm not so tall 5'9", but I now have a 44" regular and this is around 0.5" shorter.
The sleeves should be fine for you - the knits are longer than an A-2. The collar is naturally more open (like a Doniger A-2), which gives you the apparent difference in back/front length - I haven't really been aware of the differential.
My torso is quite long (shorter legs!) and this one worked well on that score.
Best

I forgot to take into consideration the collar when measuring the front length, lol. I don't think I can commit at this moment because I really want another leather jacket, but thanks so much for your time. I wish you the best of luck with your sale. Someone requiring the tall size will jump on this one.
