I have a Staple Rabbit body in Black Cherry blocked. Winchester body, ready for a sweat. 24-1/4 inch opening can tweak it some if you need.

Still needs work, so you get to help in ribbon choices; I can give you a brim outward to 2-3/4 inches, possibly 2-7/8.
Crown is 5 inches up front and a mild center dent put into it just to see what I achieved.
It is a really nice 5-5/8 inch block, straight, very little taper.
