Hi,
This is a pristine fur felt BSA Scoutmaster's campaign hat from the 1960's or 1970's. This hat has been worn very little.
Brim is flat and dimples are crisp. There is no maker label, but the Official BSA stamp is on the sweatband. Hat has a couple of very small moth nips. They are surface only.
I am over-describing flaws because I want no surprises.
Leather hat band and chinstrap are supple.
Price is $65 + $5 shipping in lower 48.
Current new hats are wool felt (ugh!) and cost more ($98 + tax) and just don't have the panache of an older hat.
I haven't posted here in a while, but I have 1,161 positive feedbacks on eBay and no negatives (ID=81unc) since 1997.
