Unmarked CHP heavy naked cowhide, sized 46-48 as a guess.
Looks like Al's Leather in very nice condition.
YKK zips and mouton collar included. No belt on this one.
The waist picture has the jacket cinched down tight, there's plenty of adjustment on this one.

The measurements are included in the pics.
The price is $380 delivered in the CONUS.

..and for size reference, I am 6'1" and 195lbs. The shoulders are just super broad at 22".
