As Aero LHB is a larger pattern than most other Aero styles, 22" chest seems small for a 38 LHB.
Can you confirm again? with chest area between armpit to armpit fully flattened and extended.

The 22" measurement came direct from Aero when I bought it from them... just measured myself and if I pull fully extended it's maybe 22 and a quarter inches.
