Hi all,

I just picked up this Aero Leather A2 "Real Deal" model, size 42, and have decided it's a bit too relaxed of a fit for me. It is basically unworn. First tried it on and sold it. I tried it on and now want to sell. The reason for this is that it really is a relaxed fit. So if you like that, or have a better body for it, then this is your jacket. Its very beautiful, as you can see. Also I like the grsininess of the Jerky HH, which is part of the whole Real Deal shtick.

Measurements:
P2P: 22.75 in
Sleeve: 25 in
Shoulder: 19 in
Length: 25.5

I paid $457 plus shipping for it. Would like to get as much of that back as possible. Hopefully, putting a jacket on once doesn't take off much value. This guy goes for $835 new.

Also, I'm 5' 10", 175.

Also willing to consider trades

Measurements generally are the same as the above jacket. I've got a 32 inch waist.

dang, if this was a brand new jacket then this wouldve conformed and moulded perfectly to your body given about a month of frequent daily wear, wouldve morphed into a quite slim fitting jacket and shaped perfectly based on your pics once it got used to your body shape, shame...I remember my first Aero A-2, initially looked blousey and poofy, especially in the body, a month of daily wear later...form fitting tailor made jacket, the extra leather shrunk and settled in perfectly

Yeah, I still feel like I've got unfinished business with the A2 model. But I feel like a slmiier fitting one from the outset would be better.

yeah, just gotta be wary of it fitting "perfectly" out of the box...reason being, it might end up shrinking to an undesirable dimention, your body heat and inevitable moisture will shrink the new leather..so its a compensation game, slightly boxy and poofy out of the box = perfection before long. the leather is forming a relationship with your body essentially, with time, it'll get more comfortable and much better looking and far easier.

roughly an inch or so in the chest and body is the average for new medium-weight horsehide, so subtract an inch or so off each side seam on that jacket and the sleeves moulden and form to your arm size/width, shoulder seams will come in slightly and hug your shoulders, the back will shrink in and taper into the small of your back. HWT followed by constant wear helps this of course as we know.

You made the right choice - it was huge on you. Yeah, people can get worked up over perfect fit. But this wasn't even close and never would be.
