FS: a series of vintage flight jackets

Clearing up my flight jacket collection. All at bargain price except the Schott. The Schott is an intermediate specimen in HH, brand new, an amazing rare piece.

All the others are of lesser known makers (labels missing, but could easily be from Grais or Sears etc).

First, Black steerhide/horsehide Eisenhower/Highway Man style jacket. No storm cuff. Must be a dead stock as the lining & the leather (& pockets) are intact, pockets are clean, lining only show discoloration. Diamond quilt rayon lining throughout. Black leather is thick and strong. It’s like a new jacket with old school design and proportions.
Shoulder: 18”
Pit: 22”
Sleeves: 24”
Back: 24”
(Note on fit: it fits roomy for the size. I can zip up with no issue, good chest & back room, but sleeves are short. I’m 44 chest, wear 44-46 in Aero Eastman & most brands. 210lb, 6’1” tall.)

Second: 50s brown steerhide flight jacket. Possibly Grais. Professionally relined at some point.

new thick wool knits too.

matching dark grey/brown satin lining

the leather is very strong, scratch, the original finish on 90% of surfaces are very much intact.

Should fit a thin tall guy very nicely.

A typical 1950s cool looking jacket, fits very comfortably.
