Quilted lining in good shape in sleeves and body
Golden Bear California.
In overall very good shape, no holes, tears, bad smell.
Beautifull brass Talon zipper hardware in working order.

I’ve seen a black GB similar to yours that has the similar concho there on eBay a while back so I thought it’s a GB thing. Good to know that you added it on later. Nice little touch!

What do you mean by "open cuff"? Does the zipper not work on the cuff?

No. The metal Talon zipper works wonderfully.
Some jackets in the 40’s/50’s had a non sewn leather gusset at cuff’s opening, like picture below.
I call it « open cuff », maybe there more accurate word for that…
You could find this on some old Schott, on Star Sportswear co, Indian Ranger, Leathertogs, Guide Master by Wolf,…
