Mid- to late 1950s.
Fantastic condition, no issues whatsoever.
The leather is nice and pliable, 3-button closure, 3 patch pockets, ventless, nice drappy leisure appearance to it. It's very well made.

If you want to pull off that casual '50s 'Hollywood' look this is perfect for you.

Arms- 25.5"

A little loose on a 38R frame, should fit a 40R very well.

Oi, I don't know why I put 40R. Yes, it should fit a 44R fine and is tagged as such.

There's some hanger stretch going on, more on one shoulder than the other.
