Anybody own these? I'm curious about the leather, and the durability. Are they form over function? Comfort? Quality?

And while I'm on the subject of boots... what boot would you wear with a black horsehide Aero bootlegger? Here are some in the running... all but the last are Frye offerings; the last is the Chippewa "black bomber".

Generally, I'd say that the lace up, zip up, and Chelsea (with elastic double-side goring), boots fit true to size; pull ons (without elastic goring and without zippers) force you to go a size up and take up the inner slack with an insole. But I have a high instep, so it might just be my problem, and not a general sizing concern.

I don't have Red Wings, so I can't give you a comparison.

Love em!
Very comfortable.
Can wear them all day.
True to size.
I wear a size 10 but usually find myself buying size 11.
Didnt need to. Bought size 10. Fit great.
