Mossant Provence

2-3/8" double row stitching bound brim. 2-1/4" black sweatband with amazingly detailed gold embossing. Very light soft and smooth felt. Somewhat crushed in shipment so needs a re-block to remove some stubborn creases and some distorted flanging. French hat sold by an Italian in Algeria.
