This hat was sold to me as a 1940's hat. Without getting into details, let's just say I doubt it, but you can believe that date if you want to.
The hat is synthetic, and in excellent condition. It will fit a 21" head.
Here's how to win this hat:
You have to guess how many ounces of water this hat holds! No, I won't tell you the height.
The person who comes closest to the amount of water this holds wins the hat! If there is more than one right answer, than I will have a drawing to determine the winner.
