I am reducing the price to $375
I have not found Frank's Wilshire boots in this condition for less than $400. I purchased these for dress boots and Frank markes his Wilshire as a dress boot. There will be no further price reduction , if no takers at $375 with free shipping I will keep the boots.

The only reason I decided to sell my Wilshire boots, is I ordered I order a pair of 8" White's Smokejumpers lace to toe hand welted switch down construction in navy and burgundy Horween, in mismatched size, cost of $776.30 through Baker at white's biennial; 20% off sale. These will be dress boots, I have 2 pair of smokejumpers I wear daily as work boots.
Frank's Wilshire is similar to White's Cruiser switch down construction boot except the Domain leather with is a heavy, smooth, shiny and described as great patina potential. The switch down is a cleaner look for a dress boot then the hand welted switch down. Frank has a reputation of producing very cleanly finished boots and my pair is no exception to his reputation. I got lucky on the last pair of White's I order Dec 2021 horsehide point ote Packers similar specs as the pair I have on order. They came nicely finished, but from some of the reviews I have read, detail finish on a White boot is hit or miss.
As a note White's switch down Cruiser and Frank's Wilshire are both priced $599 both built on the same last.
