If one were to attach a bow to these,would they pass as opera pumps?And no,I'm not planning on doing it,I just wondered if it would work.

If you're in a group who wears tuxedoes and the proper accessories, they're going to know what is or isn't an opera pump and have you or whomever pegged right off the bat. Get the real thing, or at least patent leather that's close. Don't try tacking something onto a shoe trying to make it look like something it's not. It seldom, if ever, works.
