That's the problem with virtually all OTR wing collar shirts. And nothing looks worse than a skimpy wing collar.

Exactly! Finding a high enough collar, and a sized bow tie (to prevent the exposed tie ribbon from having visible buckles), has finally made it possible for me to wear wing collar shirts with black tie. I love the internet.
