Fortunately, it is not anyone's home.
Unfortunately, I had the dreadful experience with one such institution (they like to call themselves "internet cafe"):
The internet connection is horrible.
There's no coffee (nor would I ever ask for one)
..and, yes - it was the adorned with such elegant sitting equipment.
