I have a Willis & Geiger NA-1 (their 37J1B replica) in a true 44 for sale.
The dimensions are:
Pit to pit - 24"
Down Back - 25" (excluding collar knit)
Sleeves - 26.5"
Shoulders - 19.5"
The zipper is a replica 30s Talon (smooth action) and the pockets are the bellows type with buttoned flaps. It's the bedford cord fabric (with a 30s style USN script on the chest) and is in lovely, barely worn condition (no marks, no stains to shell or lining, perfect knits, buttons tight). I thought that I'd wear it more as it's a subtle, understated design, but I simply haven't pulled it on that much (my 0.50 cal A-1 is getting more wear).
I'm looking for £100 plus postage (it is a lightweight jacket) - I'll post worldwide.
