Hello all jacket fans,
I can hardly believe it, but today I am offering my good old Eastman A 2 for sale. It has been serving me for almost 20 years, but I finally came to the conclusion that I need some space in my wardrobe for other stuff.
The jacket is seal brown Horsehide, US Size 44. It is personalized with a nametag "S. Loss" and an 8th AAF shoulder roundel. The roundel is quite worn out as you can see from the photos, but I have a replacement roundel which I give away with the jacket for free, so you can replace it with the new one. Furthermore I give away two stitched rank insignias, wich can be sewn onto the shoulder bars.
For the condidition see the attached Pictures. The inner lining is quite worn at the collar and might need replacement some time in the future. The cuffs have been replaced a while ago with new ones (not 100% original knitting) by Noble House, Germany. Actually they are very solid, and I like them very much, as I find them better than the original ones.
For measurements see picture down in the post.
I am not asking a given price here, as I know a potential buyer might have to hav some repairs done on it. My first aim is to give it to someone who appreciates the value of this Piece of clothing and gives it a "good new home".
Therefore I am offering it to anyone for "a reasonable offer" (plus postage and maybe customs).
You can contact me via the Forum. Best regards,
Stefan.
