Hi TFL, looking to let go of this jacket as it is smidge short in body length and shoulder for my taste. Below are the details.

Maker: Diamond Clothing Co (shop closed permanently I believe); Style: Type A2; Marked size: 44 (runs small though, close to typical size 42); Horween seal brown horsehide (I estimate it to be 1.2mm, light to wear).

Chest/ P2P: 22.75”
Shoulder: 18.5”
Sleeve (with ribbing): 25.5”
Back Length (with ribbing): 24.5”
Front length (with ribbing: 26.5”

Condition: Almost new. Worn casually for 2 times. See pictures attached for close-ups of ribbing, lining and leather.

Size reference: I’m 6’00” and 185lbs. I usually wear size 42 in most brands. Prefer chest of 22”-22.5”, shoulder 19”-19.5”, sleeves 25.5” minimum, and back length 25.5” minimum. See attached pic of this jacket fitting.

Asking price: $600 shipped USA, Add DHL express shipping for international.

Feel free to DM for any questions or need more pictures.

Cheers!

Is this the infamous diamond Dave which made custom jackets for a while back?

If so this looks like an exceptionally well finished rendition of his work

The fit looks great on you. I am in the same boat need/preferring a 22-22 1/2 pit to pit. closer to 23 can work depending on the shoulders but not ideal but maybe splitting hairs

Diamond Dave's are great jackets and this one looks super. Hard to tell the color based on your pics. Looks like the very close up of the sleeve knits is the true brown color. The other pics look cordovan/red/purple which is not the case These are almost as good as Good Wear's with the only differences being small stuff that most people won't catch. John Chapman at Good Wear really helped with DD. I owned a DD and it was great.

This is very tempting - GLWTS

Thank you. I just think it is bit short by few cm, especially on sides when worn unzipped. Also, it may not look from pics, but shoulder feels bit tighter for this style.

Color is true seal brown. Gives reddish tones in brought sun light, but looks dark brown under room lighting.

Yes, the jacket is very well made overall. Just wish it was bit longer.

Cheers!
