nah i think closet pole finally broke and he's trapped underneath those heavy jacketsThat jacket pleased HH so much that he pulled an A1. All that’s left is a little puff of smoke.

he's debating chewing off an arm, but luckily he's got some milk duds in one of the pocketsHaha. Like an overturned turtle. I can see it.
Calling @handymikeOn the sidenote, anyone have experience on using the HWT to shape the collar to make it curvy? If so could you share some technique on this? View attachment 359822
I think Tony Leathers has been mentioned here before, and I don’t think he is the same guy as our English friend from Hercules.
The HWT is super easy.
Turn on your hot water and let it get pretty hot. Run the back of your jacket’s collar under the water until you feel it “soften up.” Then quickly pat it dry and form it into the shape you like. Leave it to dry for a day or so. Done.
Leathers act differently. Some have a lot of wax and once the wax softens they shape and keep that shape easily. Certain leathers get hard afterwards, so it can be hit or miss. If you are concerned- go with a similar treatment but with cold water. I often use my steamer instead since it is more controlled.
