A little too short for my taste. One inch would have been enough for me. But if you like it (and that's the main thing), grea
Sorry in my haste to upload and show off the collar I could’ve took a better angle. Here’s another someone else took of me. When I went to a tailor, he told me I should take off 2.5-3 inches, so I went with the conservative 2.5, even though I originally asked for 2 just to be safe. I also uploaded the original length of the sleeve.

Was this a typical men's tailor or a leather tailor? Because if the former, then he probably had sport jackets in mind. The sleeves are shorter there.

TBH I didn't ask. So I asked about an inch more than I should have? If I ever want to fix this in the future, can I, or its pretty much set like this going forward.

That's just my personal view. It is neither right nor wrong. You have to like it and if it's good for you, fine. If you feel that it's a bit short, then I would shorten the next jacket by just 1 inch. But the jacket is perfectly wearable and some people don't want the sleeves any longer.
I wouldn't have written anything if it hadn't been posted in the ‘Fit Check Thread’ ;-)

Question about fit size with Schott 594

I got this jacket over the holidays, and I made the mistake of getting a jacket while getting in shape. When I bought the large, I was about 15 lbs heavier and I’m beginning to think I should’ve got a medium. The first jacket is the Schott 594 and the second is an Aero Jacket in 42. However I do think these bombers styles are built to be baggier for layering?
The Schott looks to be a little large, but I think the Aero is a good fit.

Ordered this one a size larger inorder to wear a sweater or hoody under it. View attachment 680873
In my eyes the jacket fits you great! with A2's they look best when they are on the roomier side imo(and without any action back or gussets you need some extra leather to be able to move around in the jacket) :)

Must say you look really cool in that jaclet @NABodie, as cool as these gents :D
Cheers!
