Bowwwaahhhaaa..... I don't own a single Hawaiian shirt or a pair of shorts. But I can wear a leather jacket almost year round up here.

I hate Hawaiian shirts and shorts. I wear neither of them here in socal. I need to move up there with you.

it is a very old thread, and I haven't seen the OP lately here, so if my memory serves me well, he mentioned this jacket turns out to have cuff zipper not on the same position on the left and right, and then he exchanged it with another one and feel the leather on the sleeve thinner on one sleeve and returned it again, from several posts in this thread and other thread from the past.. sorry if I'm wrong, somebody hopefully can correct me

I have a black RMC Buco J-100. The Shinki HH is stellar. Without exception my favorite jacket leather. Strong and robust, yet pliable and wearable from day one.

FWIW, I will be selling my RMC J-100 shortly. Why you ask given my strong endorsement? Because I recently purchased a Himel Kensington in the same black Shinki HH, and I cannot justify two nearly identical jackets in the same color and the same hide (I have my limits). Feel free to PM me if interested -- it is a size 42, and in great condition. Otherwise, I will list it shortly.

Real nice jacket mate! What is the quality of the leather like? Is it think? I'm torn between one of there and a addict Japan jacket!

My experience with a couple RMC jackets has shown me that the leather can vary a lot, from super grainy to super shiny and stiff to kinda plain and dull... Really a luck of the draw. Navetsea is right that the first J100 had mismatched zippers, a couple inches off if you put your hands together, and it was exchanged. the second one I had was made better than the first, fit bigger, but had more boring leather. The thinner on one sleeve thing was probably just me being anal and not used to a natural product like leather that has variations in it.

I sold that one though, mainly because the arms were really tight and I could never really be comfortable wearing the jacket, although I do think it was the right size for me. I think the J100 doesn't have that great of a cut.

After all that, I eventually ended up with an RMC J24, bought from somewhere that offers returns, and can I say I am very very happy with it. I'll post it soon :)
