Looks like a great jacket for a great price (and measurements look perfect for me on paper, although hard to say anything about the waist and bottom hem width).
The main thing that concerns me is the leather near the shoulder / collar / upper back area. Looks to be in rough shape?

Still rather hard to tell how bad is it.
Great example of when it's hard to tell whether it's just natural grain from wear and when are we getting into damaged leather or leather rot territory.
