I think it's probably established by now that they issue different coupons to different customers. I have a feeling they issue it based on usage - more spending, more coupons. I don't have this 20% coupon either

I would double check cuz I've never seen that. I also haven't used them in a few months.

If not, fromjapan has 7% + coupons (I've found honey extension frequently has good coupons for them) and will try to negotiate an additional 10% for you.
