I have a size 40 Trojan. The PTP is 21. This jacket was mostly likely sized 42 by Trojan. The size tag is attached to the bottom of the label on my jacket. I can not wear my size 40 jacket but I believe I can squeeze into this jacket.

I would date the Trojan in the 50s, not the 30s or 40s. I had little luck finding information about Trojan Leather Sportwear but the Crown zip was not available to civilians until after the end of the 2nd world war.

That leather looks interestingly thick. I did not get any answer from the seller about measurements. Sleeves seem to be around 25", but the strange measurement taken in front shows around 14" between arms, where my jackets measure 16,5" or 17", for size 40 jackets. This may be a 38, or smaller.

No—he accepted the return very fast without comment. But I’d reached out before bidding specifically to ask if the jacket smelled musty and he said no, so it was pretty open and closed.
