I agree with Hoosier Daddy. From a practical standpoint, such a jacket can be problematic. Am not sure how such a jacket improves with age. If anything, I could see it possibly looking more dingy over time.
I think by now I own over 50 jackets. I've got the practical part more than covered :p

Also, I've seen white jackets that have aged beautifully.

To me white is almost like natural. True natural not that brown CXL but the white and sometimes pink color. Awkward to wear for a while but once they tan or in the case of white acquire a bunch of dirt, grime, and patina they can look great. Then they looked lived in and tell a story. But until then white is a bold choice.

What do you guy's think about this blanked lined Levi's trucker?

@Monitor is trying to convince me to buy it but I'm not sure I like it that much.

Yea or nay?

I'm with HoosierDaddy....... Light colored vintage leather most of the time looks kinda grubby. I sound like my mother now...... She'd never be down with buyin us WHITE JEANS back in the day. White jeans WERE a thing when I was younger. But I was on the outside looking in....... My mom would say, "Those White 501s will be filthy in a day and stay that way forever. You're getting these Brown Sears Toughskins whether you like them or not." (Ughhh here come the Flashbacks!!)

Brown Toughskins being almost exactly the same color as most DIRT--- they were the practical choice.

When I was 13, I used a gift certificate to help finance my OWN purchase of White 501s. Within a week I had somehow spilled rusty water on them and they were stained to hell for the rest of their existence until I got into the, "LET's DYE THINGS" phase and even dying them didn't hide the stain.

In other words, no offense to Monitor's obviously devilish temptations :p:p-- but I say:
"Don't be a SUCKER, buy a DIRT COLORED TRUCKER." Cheesy but hey, it DOES rhyme:cool:

On second thought---PRACTICAL is code for BORING, LAME AND UPTIGHT!!! Grab the Light Colored trucker and maybe have an entire cake for dinner ta boot. Life is too short.

That's what I thought as well! You can see some wobble in the stitching but the price might make up for it. Plus the leather type.

I like the seal, russet, black, blackened brown versions of the Vincenza. Looks like you can return it as well if it doesn't work out like with what happened with @Riu

...from the same immortal leather lyricist who came up with "Don't be RINKY DINKY, buy VICENZA or a SHINKI" and "Don't be a CHUMP, wearin' dat jacket from a rubbish DUMP."

To me, it seems this jacket has gone through whatever grubby phase it was going to go through and has come out the better for it. It would be different if it were brand new and pristinely white. As it is now, there's some character showing through. I think a little cleaning would be in order, but I don't think removing the soiling would detract from the nice patina it's developed. Afterward, some time under the sun this spring and summer, even if it's just hanging in the backyard, and you might have yourself a beauty. But I'm a sucker for cream and off-white leathers—hard to beat them when worn over a dark sweater and jeans.

It's the cut of some of these Levi's that I'm often unsure would suit me, and I hesitate. I kept checking back in on one just like this, on sale for months at $95, and could never pull the trigger, and then it was gone.

Anyway, doesn't the OP get to tell us what we should buy? I thought that was the deal.

Wondering who made this. The leather is a beast.
