Nice find. And I like the San Francisco connection. I just wish the sleeves were longer...they're always too short on these vintage jackets.
I haven’t heard of Derby labeled jackets before. Added to the saved search, I’d love one in a 42”-44” but you are right about the sleeves.

I haven’t heard of Derby labeled jackets before. Added to the saved search, I’d love one in a 42”-44” but you are right about the sleeves.

Anyone interested in this jacket needs to ask for pics of both upper arms. I can see distress in this area and this can be found on near new looking jackets. This recently showed up on another near new looking vintage jackets.

Derby shows up in the Bay Area through out the 1950s. They may have been a maker using other labels on their jackets. All Weather may have been a label for Derby. This is a different back than Hercules Square Pockets. Derby labeled jackets look very basic, much like catalog jackets of the 1950s.
