I bet T has so many sources it would be impossible to keep up.

lol!! you missed my answer. I have no secret sources. Same sources everyone uses; ebay, etsy, Fedora lounge, yahoo Japan.

Advantage 1. I am retired and able to scan ebay all day.

Advantage 2. I know what I want.

Advantage 3. I pay more than most others will pay.

Advantage 4. No one else to answer to or explain my purchases.

Nothing mysterious.

Oh, and I'm crazy!

Lost Worlds Rider RRL
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Lost-Worlds-Motorcycle-Ryder-1930s-Horsehide-Leather-Jacket-RRL/284220242980?hash=item422cd8bc24:g:pDUAAOSwL3BgTY5L&LH_ItemCondition=3000

I am a bit perplexed as to why Lost Worlds jackets are quite so popular amongst the cognoscente... from a "fit" and "elegance of lines" perspective. The arms on some of their jackets seem oversized and look like stovepipes....and this is coming from a big guy who likes larger sleeves. They remind me of a bodybuilder who can't put his arms down because his lats are so big. I know the idea is that things relax over time, but most people don't live in their jackets. Is it just me, or are there others who feel the same way? No offense to those who like LW...just a perspective.

I gotta figure out Yahoo Japan, though I'm pretty sure most of the stuff coming from Japan wouldn't fit me.
I like your kind of crazy T, keep it up!

Hein Gericke I picked up for dirt cheap. I bought it mainly to put my hands on it. It is quite heavy and in excellent condition. I found some limited discussion on the forum concerning HG. Some of their stuff seems a bit dated, but some looks rock solid. I was curious about the belt position. Was this something in vogue at one time and/or a German style? Any insights about the jacket and other HG's like it from the 80's would be appreciated.
