Is that a <18” ptp on a tagged 38?

I found the measurement weird as well, 44cm chest with a roughly 44cm shoulder. Probably why that listing has been on jp mercari for a long time.

It’s just a very poor attempt at a true p2p measurement, the armpit edges are folded back and not visible under the tape.

I’ve seen some shops do this as well when asking for measurement pics.

Can anyone gauge the size. The pit to pit looks to be about 22 inches, but the listing says the sleeves are short
