The cord version of this is actually way better looking. Lined and everything. Very similar to Lee Stormrider. From a humble beginning in the Ozark, Big Smith is still around. Owned now by Dickies or VF Corps though.

The plain unlined one is much shorter, the pockets closer together, 22” length.
It has 1949 union tag putting it in the 50’s. Big Smith does some good denim.
