Didn't take that many pictures since I only have an iPhone camera.

Major Mike Moore showing me one of the hats in the Stetson Buffalo felt collection, a Stetson Sheridan. I might've bought it if it were a few sizes larger...and didn't feel like sandpaper lol...

Later that night, the party really heated up as we..........looked through hat catalogues........

Saturday we ventured to Peters Bros. shop, and then headed to the Fort Worth Stockyard. It took forever to find food, there was a long wait everywhere, and apparently it's illegal to bring milkshakes into bars in Texas, so we headed over to this bar. It certainly has character.

It was a lot of fun, I enjoyed being there, and I FINALLY got some firsthand experience with vintage hats.
Still, it's good to be back in the mountains . Texas is reallly flat, and, as Matt at Hatco put it, in some areas "you can see your dog running away for two weeks."

Can't wait until the next one! Thanks all for the great time, and thanks for takin' it easy on the newbie lol.
