I just remembered I had a dream about Daisy about 6 weeks ago. I dreamt I was at a party at her house. It was a nice party, but there were an awful lot of computers all around!
I read somewhere that Queen Elizabeth is the most dreamt about person in the world. Maybe Daisy is the FedoraLounge equivalent.
She is AWFUL cute.

Such a shame I was just put in a cab and sent home, while Lizzie Jack and Bennie hit the town. I guess I wan't that good company. You all probably were just holding your breadth and waiting for me to get into that cab, so you could go out and really enjoy your evening. See Lizzie, it was really you the fellas wanted to be with! I was sent of into the cold night alone, but the boys probably begged you to stay!

Daisy, you described your condo in some detail in the Nutty Neighbors thread when talking about people helping themselves to your deck, noisy people in the pool area, etc.... and a few nights later I had this dream where I was living in your condo! lol lol lol It was the funniest thing! I was just going about my normal day, only it was entirely in Daisy's condo, although she herself wasn't even living there! I must say Daisy, I thoroughly enjoyed your place!

That's so funny!lol I'm glad you liked it! I hope the decor was to your liking and that the weather was nice to use the deck. So in this dream did anything happen between you and my very handsome neighbor Patrick? He's quite the hotcake! Did he knock on your door at 9am sharp to bring you coffee and a bagel? I must admit it's nice to have a neighbor who is not only single and incredibly good looking, but who is also very sweet, albeit a little strange. When he's not traveling for business he works from home, so in the afternoons we hang out. See, not all of my neighbors are bad. It's really only the kids in the unit across the hall from me. I do hope you called the management company and had them fined if they bothered you at all.
So, since you now reside in my condo, I'm assuming you're gonna pay the mortgage, utilities, condo fee and the $1.9 million dollar assessment we owners just go hit with. Oh don't worry, we have 68 units in the building, so I don't have to pay that amount on my own. It's divided up by condo size, and the percentage of the building that each unit owner owns. I have the 2nd largest unit in the building, so basically I got sc*&^ed[huh] But since it's now your condo, I'm not nearly as stressed out as I was before. Just let me know what your last name is so I can let the management company know who to send the big bill to!!

Golly, I haven't read that poem in years. I can't believe I actually forgot about it, for it was a poem that I really liked in prep school. My tastes since then have changed immensely, but some things, like this poem and "The Great Gatsby", even though my points of view on them have changed, I still greatly enjoy. Thanks for the reminder!

I'm unemployed and it would be great if I could make some money on the side while I figure out what it is I want to do next (all those years of dental hygiene school really paid off! I had no idea I would be burned out before I even started working!) You know I think this thread is actually causing people to dream about The Lounge and its occupants. Maybe because I was mentioned it triggered something within peoples minds and is causing them now to dream about me.
I'm not gonna lie, I'm flattered! I'm the type of person who goes through life not thinking that I'm ever really noticed outside of my close friends and family. I often feel invisible to those outside of the people I know. I think this is why I have trouble meeting a guy. It rarely happens, but every once in a while a friend that I'm with will say "that guy over there is checking you out". My first response is usually "oh he's looking over me at that other girl" or if he is looking in my direction I usually assume that he's looking at me because I look different. This doesn't mean that he's checking me out, but the way I dress stands out and some people look. I know, this is terrible self esteem and I'm never gonna meet a guy with such a lack of confidence. I'm working on it, I swear. I'm in no way shy around the people I know, and I'm not shy when introduced to somebody. But if I'm out I'm usually giving all of my attention to the people I'm with so I don't really notice anybody else. I'm in no way saying that other people outside of the people I'm with don't interest me. I just figured that they're not noticing me, so rather than look around the room and spot some guy that I think I might like to talk to, and be disappointed when he doesn't even realize I exist, I just don't usually bother looking at anyone else. So, it's just really strange to me that somebody would dream about me. I just never thought of myself as the type of gal who was even noticed, let alone being on somebodies mind when I've never met them. It really is quite flattering. Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm not putting myself up on some high horse. It's just humbling and sweet and nice to think that someone noticed me Maybe this will give me the courage to look around the bar every once in a while instead of pretending like the cute guy across it doesn't exist

OOH, it's so tempting to be naughty and use my powers in a bad way. But, I'm a good girl, and would never ever be naughty!! Tsk, Tsk, Tsk... I can't believe you even thought that I would use my gift for something evil!!

I take pain killers at night to help me sleep and they cause some really crazy, very vivid dreams. So vivid that I often wake up in the morning and it takes me a couple of minutes to realize that it was just a dream

There is an existing market for that but it isn't very nice one. My friend's mother was working in that industry in the late 1980s. Another friend of mine did this as well. I got many an earful from the two of them. It is a bad job. (I suppose it could be OK if one kept one's sense of humor about one!) Nor is it terribly lucrative unless you own the company, or are at least a shift manager, intervening when the line workers are encountering a problem. Daisy, I think you are too much of a lady for that occupation.

I haven't had a dream about a flounger yet. Then again, I've only physically met about 18 of you. Here is a question: are y'all saying that you have had dreams about people you have not physically ever met? Or people you have met in the flesh? It seems to me that that is the big question. That would require a marvelous imagination to dream that you were hanging out with people whose presence you have only experienced via a machine.

I haven't met anyone on the Lounge yet, so yup, my dream was about someone I only know through the computer! But when I was younger and active in other messageboards I would have that happen a lot too.

The dream someone mentioned about going into a store stacked high with vintage suits reminds me of lots of dreams I've had. I'll always find some hidden away little store chock full of gorgeous, dirt cheap vintage clothes, all my size, everything I've ever wanted...and then I wake up! It's a dirty trick. Either that, or I'll have to leave, but then when I go back in search of it again it's disappeared!

I have the worst dreams I'll tell ya! Between chicken fetuses and disappearing vintage stores I'm surprised I don't wake up crying!
