Been a while since posting, military duty keeping me away from home and busy!

But while away on TD, a colleague, in a context involving philosophical debate on inherent right and wrong (we are JAG officers), regardless of what written laws said, offered an example I admit I laughed out loud at. He had no idea of this forum, nor my membership in it.


" So I ask you, which is worse. Deliberately choosing seven or eight innocent people, and then murdering them, or wearing a fedora in public?"


Again, it made me laugh. His look when I showed him this forum! He took it in stride...

Making fun of the fedora is par for the course, how often does it come from someone wearing their cap back to front?

Again, it made me laugh. His look when I showed him this forum! He took it in stride...

One comment that I had: "I wish I had the balls to wear a hat like that," is one that I'm still wondering if it was a compliment or an insult. The jury is still out.
