Fedora (ish) hard hat

Great job. I'll go back and find the thread from last year that has the website where you can find the "Cowboy hard hat". The original looks similar to a Open Road, but like Fedoralover said, it's brim is rolled up. I think someone mentioned using a heat gun to rehape the brim. Because of the position of the head band system, you probably can't re-bash the crown.

Again, nice job. Wish I needed a hard hat, 'cause I'd like to re-style one myself. Snap brim with a Cattleman's bash.

OSHA approves?

The UK equivalent of OSHA is the HSE meaning The Health & Safety Executive.
Inside the helmet is the HSE approved certification. We nickname it The Kite Mark.

The hat is reinforced exactly the same as the more conventional domed helmets. The inserts are also identical, but the outward appearance does draw comments.
