I got round to writing my review of City Hatters tonight. If you don't feel like wandering over to the Open Crown blog to read it, I'll sumarise here: what a treat to visit -- lovely shop, friendly staff, must-visit.

I'll give a nod to Peters Bros. in Ft Worth, TX. I have a Montecristi and a Borsalino that I purchased from them. Nice folks in a full-service shop.

I'm new to the Fedora Lounge. And I totally agree with you on Peters Bros. It's a great shop. I have two fedoras customed-made.

My favorite hat shop is the Stetson Factory Outlet in Garland, Tx. Helpful staff and pricing much below retail. Most of the hats are seconds but a little careful shopping results in some great finds and substantial savings.
