"Fast" cap?

Hello all, I'm new on the block and I have a question. I was looking through the Orvis Christmas catalogue that came the other day, and the driving caps in there reminded me of my late grandfather's trademark "fast cap." Can any of you chaps in direct me to some quality caps like the one below that won't break my wallet?
