My nephew was upset that he couldn't tip his 4-wheeler over and spin the wheels, like he does with his other toys. So, somebody's Uncle showed him how to and that's about all he does with it now lol

It's in the blood. Both his Grandpas are car guys, his dad is a car guy, and his uncles are car guys!
Speaking of mechanics, we were hard at work on the mowers today:
I'll take the orange one. Yard Machines have not been kind to me.
Awwww. So we used to find dead frogs and make little graves for them, with crosses and everything. We were weird kids.
Three of the four grandchildren sitting down for dinner today. We had fresh green beans, squash, and potatoes from our garden, as well as a homemade egg custard pie (with eggs from our chickens) for desert. Add to that a good roast and homemade bread, and it's a meal fit for a king.
It's also good to be able to sit at the same table where six generations of the family have taken their meals. That's the kind of connection I like.

"Puddin' and our son at her graduation. She received her "Doctorate of Occupational Therapy" this past April. Now if we could just get him successfully "launched" I could happily slide into decrepitude!
