Falcon Park Hattery - still open? Suggested and reliable restorers?

Picked up a sharp Knox Fifteen that needs some TLC. I'm located just SE of Chicago and I found that locally, Optimo and Falcon Park Hattery offer cleaning and restoration services. I wanted to have this work done locally as I need the hat resized and wanted to work with the hatter. Unfortunately FPH seems to be unresponsive to email requests. Does anyone know if they're still open? If not can anyone recommend an alternative hat restoring shop?

Parker at FPH has been very responsive to my recent e-mails over the last 2 weeks. If I'm not mistaken, he has a day job and may take a few days to reply to your notes.
