Factory repairs

I brought my Langlitz in for them to add the snaps for a collar of theirs that I already had, and they suggested I get my liner around the neck fixed as it was torn in a few spots. I gotta say, I dig their approach to repairs. While the jacket was in, I ended up getting a new zipper as the cloth was tearing. Despite me asking to fix the inner pocket liner tear, they fixed that too. They originally had suggested a new liner, but I was not really looking to drop the $300 or so they quoted.

Any other folks have factory repairs that lend character to a jacket?

I have a Langlitz en-route to them as we speak (I am not the first owner of this one by a long stretch.) I trust them and trust they will be great with the repairs & new zipper. Looks like they did great with yours there.
