Aviation Leathercraft also makes an Irvin with handwarmer pockets, they use the same north american sheepskin as SB and Aero.

Goel this is a brilliant suggestion. I had not considered these guys at all but looking into their website they offer brilliant options and they have hand warmers which is very important to me. They have well and truly jumped into contention in my mind. Thanks for the suggestion.
